DAY 1: Arrival Langkawi & Half Day Island Discovery – Private | MEAL |
Welcome to Langkawi. Pick up from airport, and proceed for island discovery tour before proceeding to hotel and check in.
Highlights: • Atma Alam (handicraft center) • Duty Free Shopping at Kuah Town • The Eagle Square (photo stop) • MAHA Tower (photo stop) Langkawi is identifiable as an archipelago of 99 tropical islands surrounded by turquoise –blue waters. Dominated by Langkawi Island, it is one of Malaysia’s most –visited destinations, with white –sand beaches and tropical forests. Featuring a striking landscape, the island also plays host to various historical sites as well as several fascinating tourist attractions. Be transported back in time with the enthralling folklore and fascinating legends of Langkawi. The selected places of interest during the morning or afternoon session are as follows: Atma Alam You will get to witness the process of traditional batik printing using wax and dyes. You will also get the opportunity to purchase hand drawn silk and local cloth handicrafts. Kuah town Get a look at the local town and enjoy some light duty –free shopping. The statue of an Eagle which symbolizes Langkawi, dominates this Eagle Square. Photos taking with this majestic bird is a must for visitors to Langkawi. MAHA Tower |

DAY 2: Half Day Cable Car and Oriental Village – Private & Sunset Dinner Cruise – SIC | |
Breakfast at hotel. Pick up for half day cable car tour. Highlights: • Cable Car ride • Bird’s–eye View of Thailand and the North and South West of Indonesia. • Oriental Village Enjoy the exhilarating 920m long cable car ride to the summit of the famous Mount Mat Cincang. Visitors can enjoy spectacular views of the Andaman Sea and the smaller islands of Langkawi. On clear days, one can also see the edge of Thailand in the North and Indonesia towards the South –West. Enjoy the cool air and the highland’s view before proceeding down to the Oriental Village. The Oriental Village is one of the unique shopping, cultural and culinary destinations. Bold displays of culture, fashion, and handicraft with over 470 brands and 17,000 products. The village offers shopping buffs a wide range of international designer labels and local products. Take some time to shop at various outlets and enjoy your choice of cuisine for lunch (at your own expenses) before returning to your hotel. NOTE(s): • It is advisable to book one day in advance. Highlights: • Saltwater Jacuzzi • Flora and Fauna of the islands as you sail pass them. • Signature gourmet dinner. Venturing off on a sunset dinner cruise on a yacht is the perfect way to finish the day. Take an exhilarating trip across the sea to experience the spectacular sight of the tropical sun setting on the Andaman Sea horizon. Feel the wind caressing your face, enjoy the waves gently rocking your journey into serenity and if you are lucky, you might even get the chance to see exciting marine life such as Spinner Dolphins and White –bellied Sea Eagles. The cruise includes an open bar and sumptuous BBQ dinner. You may want to cool off on a net suspended from the boat and enjoy a natural Jacuzzi gently caressing you as you sail through the ocean. DAY 3: Island Hopping – SIC | |
Breakfast at hotel. Pick up for island hopping activity.
Highlights: • Eagles Watching • Lake of the Pregnant Maiden • Sunbathing/ swimming at the Wet Rice Island Visit by boat, Tasik Dayang Bunting (Pregnant Maiden Lake) Langkawi’s largest lake, which resembles the shape of a pregnant lady lying on her back. According to legend, the lake possesses mystical powers as a local princess has blessed the waters. Because of the blessings, it is believed that any woman who is unable to conceive may have a child after drinking the water from the lake. After passing by the first island, you will witness wild eagles at close range. The long boat will drift slowly for you to see birds of prey soaring overhead. White –bellied Sea Eagle and the Brahminy Kite. The last stop will be at a white sandy beach for you to relax and soak up the sun or splash around in the turquoise –blue waters of Beras Basah Island. This is a perfect location to enjoy a relaxing picnic in the shade of the casuarina trees lining the beach. Visitors can explore the mystical stories of Langkawi’s past, including tales of giants, fairies, and other mythical creatures, all set against the backdrop of the forest. The attraction offers a unique way to experience the natural beauty of Langkawi while delving into its rich cultural heritage.
